Welcome to Cottenham Tai Chi

Tai Chi is designed to stretch the body in a gentle and natural way. Regular practice of Tai Chi has been found to help relieve the effects of stress, improve flexibility and balance, increase energy levels and promote better sleep patterns.

We welcome young and old alike and have become known for our relaxed and friendly approach to teaching.

The Tai Chi Academy is a not-for-profit organisation operated by experienced and accredited volunteer instructors. We are dedicated to teaching the techniques and benefits of Tai Chi as originally taught by Master Moy Lin-Shin (1931-1998).
